Icon tutorial  
Go from:

using Photoshop CS2

Step 1:
Duplicate the base twice and set both to screen
If to bright then only duplicate it once or non

Step 2:
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective colour:

Red:
C: -100
M: 0
Y: +100

Yellow:
C: +79
M: 0
Y: -26
B: -34

Neutrals:
C: -10
M: -29
Y: -51
B: +50

Step 3:
Layer > New Adjustment layer > Curves:

RGB:
Point one:
I: 49
O: 59

Point two:
I: 124
O: 152

Red:
I: 112
O: 134

Green:
I: 132
O: 140

Blue:
Point one:
I: 93
O: 85

Point two:
I: 170
O: 158

Step 4:
Layer > New Fill Colour > 00b20 > Exclusion
At 100%

Step 5:
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Colour:

Shadows:
-13, -16, +13

Step 5:
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective colour:

Red:
C: 0
M: 0
Y: +37

Yellow:
C: 0
M: +24
Y: -49

Neutrals:
C: +24
M: +15
Y: +17
B: -17

Step 6:
Duplicate base and drag to the top > Set to soft light > 20%

Step 7:
Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Curves:

RGB:
I: 134
O: 129

And you're done!!!!

Optional step:
Instead of putting the Soft layer base before the last curve layer, try putting it on the top at 100%

Love the tutorial, I was followin it but everytime I try a tutorial following curves it always gives me a problem tha numbers like 129 for example isn't required.
